The principal and his team members have a wide range of real estate investment and asset management experience. Our size and flexible structure allows us to respond quikcly when opportunities arise. Markets evolve and economic cycles come and go. We are opportunists when it comes to investing in real estate. We search for good opportunities to lend funds, primarily in construction of vertical assets, joint venture with trusted and experience partners and acquire property where it make sense to do so
