We actively manage and oversee our real estate investments. We are not emotional over our real estate decision. We make decisions based upon market fundamentals. We may pass on deals others may pursue. We are selective about what we do and whom we work with. We are focused, nimble and responsive. We focus on well -locate real estate assets in U.S. markets. 

People Matter

People come first in our decision making processes. We are careful about who we work with whether an investor, real estate borrower or venture partner. We also align ourselves with capable vendors, trade partners and consultants. 

How We Invest

The principal and his team members have a wide range of real estate investment and asset management experience. Our investors and partners benefit from our experience, our attention to detail and risk mitigation. Our interests are driven by and aligned with those of our investors. Our size and flexible structure allows us to respond quikcly when opportunities arise. Markets evolve and economic cycles come and go. We are opportunists when it comes to investing in real estate. We search for good opportunities to lend funds, primarily in construction of vertical assets, joint venture with trusted and experience partners and acquire property where it make sense to do so

We typically create value by finding solutions to challenge that exist within the marketplace. We ask many questions and review opportunities by bringing to bear our experiences. We have been lenders, owners, managers relating to real estate for over 40 years. We collaborate, we partner, we joint venture. We create teams to oversee and execute our plans. The ultimate goal is to create value and returns to our investors and stakeholders.
